Shipping Policy for Mystery2Money

We’re committed to providing you with great deals and a smooth shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery times, and order fulfillment.

1. Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays related to inventory, weather, or shipping carriers, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Carrier

We primarily use USPS.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours after your order is processed.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Mystery2Money is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If you still cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier directly.
    You may also email us at support@mystery2money.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and work toward a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed, and Mystery2Money is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Mystery2Money only ships within the United States.
We hope to expand international shipping options in the future.
