Return & Refund Policy for Mystery2Money

Thank you for shopping with Mystery2Money!
We take pride in offering quality products at great prices, many of which come from mystery boxes, overstock, or liquidation lots. Because of the nature of these products, we strive to be transparent about our return and refund process.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique nature of our mystery and discounted items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement item (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing something, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will verify the issue and arrange for the correct item to be shipped or issue a refund if necessary.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care or beauty products

  • Clothing or apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered

  • Clearance, “as-is,” or final sale items

  • Mystery boxes or surprise bundles (contents vary by design)

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please follow the steps in Section 2 above for resolution.
